Technological developments have been evolved in the last few centuries. Over 100 years, radio have been played major role in Technology evolution and it has been more than 80 years since the TV as well as, the invention of the telegraph and telephone to the internet. Technology has provided tools which are  communication devices to keep in touch with each other. On  top of that ,these communication devices are designed not just to keep in touch only, but to share opinions and feelings devices such as, mobile phones and computers.

The objective of this research is to raise to awareness of communication devices impacts and how can these devices play positively a major role in our daily life and to help disable people to tackle or overcome their issues particularly, people who are deaf (person who has serious issue in listening and unable to respond or speak
